为改善瓦斯隧道施工通风系统的通风效果,将定量改进危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)法应用于瓦斯隧道施工通风系统的研究中。通过引入偏离度量化分析存在的偏差,建立单一参数偏离度、节点偏离度和各工区不同施工通风阶段偏离度计算模型,并划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ等4个偏离等级。以某瓦斯隧道出口施工通风第4阶段为分析对象,将其划分为5个节点,并以其工作面节点为例进行HAZOP分析,计算其偏离度,进而确定此阶段偏离等级。结果表明,该阶段的偏离等级为Ⅱ,属中度偏离,需要根据现有情况采取安全措施;分析结果与该工区实际情况相符。
In order to improve the ventilation effect of gas tunnel construction ventilation system, HAZOP method is applied in the research of gas tunnel construction ventilation system. By introducing the deviation of quantitative analysis of deviations, a single parameter deviation degree, node deviation degree and deviation calculation model of different construction ventilation phases in each work area are established and divided into four deviations levels of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Taking the fourth stage of construction ventilation of a gas tunnel exit as the analysis object, it is divided into five nodes, and the HAZOP analysis of its working face nodes is taken as an example to calculate the degree of deviation and to determine the deviation level at this stage. The results show that the deviation level of this stage is Ⅱ, which belongs to a moderate deviation and needs to be taken according to the existing situation. The analysis result is consistent with the actual situation in this area.
