通常,我们认为人力资源管理的全局优化将直接影响着一个企业的绩效,而究竟两者之间存在何种微妙关系,一直是以来都尚未澄清。在现有理论与案例的基础上,建立起不同类型的理论模型是本文研究分析的重点,同时,运用不同研究方法试图找到人力资源管理与企业绩效两者的桥梁纽带,成为了文章研究之关键。因此,基于现阶段中国企业管理现状,对影响企业绩效的因素进行深度挖掘,以期获取高绩效的人力资源管理系统,为企业人力资源的进一步管理提供一定的参考。
In general, we believe that the global optimization of human resource management will directly affect the performance of a business. However, it remains unclear what the delicate relationship exists between the two. On the basis of existing theories and cases, it is the focus of this thesis to establish different types of theoretical models. At the same time, it is the key to the article research that using different research methods to find the bridge between human resource management and business performance . Therefore, based on the status quo of Chinese business management at the present stage, the paper deeply explores the factors influencing business performance in order to obtain a high-performance human resource management system and provide some reference for the further management of human resources in enterprises.
