本文设计了不同钛含量及合金化当量的含有中、低氮的20MnVB 钢,研究了有效钛含量与预先热处理和热轧工艺参数对低、中氮20MnB 钢奥氏体晶粒粗化温度的影响,探讨了Ti-V 对提高低、中氮渗碳钢奥氏体晶粒粗化温度的综合作用,确定了有效钛含量,提出适合平炉和转炉冶炼和高温渗碳的加钛低、中氮20MnVB 钢的适宜化学成分。
In this paper, low and medium nitrogen 20MnVB steels with different titanium and alloying equivalents were designed. The effects of effective titanium content, pre-heat treatment and hot-rolling parameters on the austenite grain coarsening temperature of 20MnB steel were studied The effects of Ti-V on increasing the austenite grain coarsening temperature of low and medium nitrogen carburizing steel were discussed. The effective titanium content was determined. The suitable conditions of low and medium nitrogen additions for flat furnace and converter smelting and high temperature carburizing were proposed 20MnVB steel suitable chemical composition.
