In recent years, we have initially observed the protective effect of gentamicin ototoxicity in guinea pigs with Huangmao Angelica decoction. The results are reported below. I. Materials and methods Huangmao Angelica Tablets are provided by the Department of Pharmacy of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each tablet contains 0.259 crude drug. Gentamicin (GM) was produced by the No. 2 Pharmaceutical Factory in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China. Lot No. 950828-2 was purchased at one time. Experimental party
