The outbreak of the U.S. subprime crisis has hit the global financial markets, so far the haze has not yet come out and the situation is getting worse. Why the United States trillion dollar subprime mortgages, subprime bonds formed by the packaged bond issuance is so powerful: not only led to the collapse of the big financial bond institutions, the loss of the big American banks, but also led to the United States and the global stock market several times Plunged, triggering macroeconomic policy changes, the Federal Reserve’s rate cut cycle, and even the U.S. economy into a recession. This is worth our deep study. Our country is in such as the United States before 2006, the sharp rise in house prices, mortgage rapid development period, which can not but cause us to be highly alert, thinking how to learn from the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, take preventive measures.
