目的 :观察胃祺 号方对大鼠胃窦 5 -羟色胺 (5 - HT)、乙酰胆碱酯酶 (ACh E)含量的影响 ,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法 :40只大鼠随机分为胃祺 号方组、木香顺气丸组、西沙必利组、模型对照组和正常对照组 ,每组 8只。采用大鼠胃电节律失常模型 ,以荧光分光光度法测定胃窦 5 - HT的含量 ,化学比色法测定胃窦 ACh E的含量。结果 :胃祺 号方组胃窦 5 - HT含量较模型组显著上升 (P <0 .0 1) ,且优于木香顺气丸组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;同时 ,胃窦ACh E的含量较模型组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,优于西沙必利组 (P <0 .0 5 )。而且胃窦 5 - HT含量与 ACh E含量之间呈显著负相关。结论 :胃祺 号方能提高胃窦 5 - HT的含量 ,降低胃窦 ACh E的含量 ,可能是其治疗功能性消化不良的重要机制之一。
Objective : To observe the effect of Weishuhaohaofang on contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in gastric antrum of rats, and to explore its possible mechanism of action. Methods : Forty rats were randomly divided into two groups: Weishuhaohaofang group, Muxiangshunqiwan group, Cisapride group, model control group and normal control group, with 8 rats in each group. Rat gastric electrophysiological arrhythmia model was used to determine the content of 5-HT in gastric antrum by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The content of ACh E in gastric antrum was determined by chemical colorimetry. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the gastric antrum 5-HT content in the SQS group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P < 0.01), and it was better than that in the Muxiang Shunqi Pill group (P <0.05). At the same time, gastric antrum ACh The content of E was significantly lower than that of the model group (P < 0.01), better than that of the cisapride group (P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the 5-HT content in the antrum and the ACh E content. Conclusion : The formula of Weishuhao can increase the content of 5-HT in gastric antrum and decrease the content of ACh E in gastric antrum, which may be one of the important mechanisms for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
