本研究以云台山单线电气化水平岩层铁路隧道为对象。通过现场试验及实测数据,着重研究了裂隙与单位装药量、裂隙与平均线性超挖等之间的定性或定量关系。提出了:裂隙密度与单位装药量成反比;裂隙密度与平均线性超挖成正比,单位装药量与平均线性超挖成正比;在单位装药量及裂隙密度一定的情况下,炮眼间距与抵抗线的距离对光面爆破效果影响较小等结论。试验还提出裂隙的构造对光面爆破效果影响较大.
This research is aimed at single-track electrified horizontal rock railway tunnel in Yuntai Mountain. Through the field test and the measured data, the qualitative or quantitative relationship between the fissure and unit charge, the fissure and the average linear over-excavation are studied emphatically. Proposed that: the crack density is inversely proportional to the unit charge; the crack density is proportional to the average linear over-excavation; the charge per unit is proportional to the average linear over-excavation; with the unit charge and the crack density constant, And the distance between the line of resistance of smooth blast effect is small and so on. The experiment also proposed that the structure of the crack has a great influence on the smooth blasting effect.
