利用显微拉曼技术对致幻药物——“冰毒”(安非他明和甲基安非他明)做了测试分析研究。在激发光514.5 nm 和室温环境下,得到了“冰毒”分子的拉曼散射谱。根据两种分子同属单取代苯类,具有Cy2v 对称性,对安非他明和甲基安非他明分子的拉曼振动模式进行了识别。只出现在甲基安非他明拉曼谱中的2 459cm - 1谱线,是其他毒品分子拉曼谱中都没有的,我们认为极可能是 C N+ C 之间的伸缩振动。
The use of microscopic Raman technology for hallucinogenic drugs - “ice” (amphetamine and methamphetamine) made a test analysis. The Raman scattering spectra of “ice crystal” molecules were obtained under excitation of 514.5 nm and room temperature. Based on the symmetry of Cy2v, the Raman vibrational modes of amphetamines and methamphetamine molecules were identified based on the homonuclear monosubstitution of benzene and benzene. The 2 459 cm - 1 line, which appears only in the Raman spectrum of methamphetamine, is not found in the other drug molecules’ Raman spectra. We think it is most likely the stretching vibration between C N + C.
