目的:研究厚皮树树皮乙醇提取物的抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性。方法:分别用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯对厚皮树树皮乙醇提取物进行萃取,得到不同部位的浸膏,用羟基自由基和DPPH.法检测不同部位浸膏的抗氧化性;用噻唑兰(MTT)法检测其体外抗肿瘤活性。结果:石油醚萃取物对羟基自由基(.OH)有很好的清除效果,其IC50值为65.17μg/mL,乙酸乙酯萃取物对DPPH.有很好的清除效果,其IC50值为0.011μg/mL。石油醚萃取物的抗肿瘤活性最高,对人胃癌细胞SGC的IC50值为8.05μg/mL;氯仿萃取物仅对人胃癌细胞SGC细胞有抑制活性,IC50值为21.8μg/mL。结论:厚皮树树皮乙醇提取物在抗氧化和抗肿瘤方面有一定的活性。
Objective: To study the anti-oxidation and anti-tumor activity of ethanol extracts from the bark of bark tree. Methods: Ethanol extract from the bark of bark was extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate respectively to obtain the extract of different parts. The hydroxyl radical and DPPH were used to test the antioxidant activity of different parts of the extract. In vitro anti-tumor activity was detected by MTT assay. Results: The petroleum ether extract had a good scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical (.OH) with an IC50 value of 65.17 μg / mL. The ethyl acetate extract had a good scavenging effect on DPPH with an IC50 value of 0.011 μg / mL. The antitumor activity of petroleum ether extract was the highest. The IC50 value of human gastric cancer cell SGC was 8.05μg / mL. Chloroform extract had inhibitory activity only on SGC cells of human gastric cancer cells with IC50 of 21.8μg / mL. Conclusion: The ethanol extract from the bark of bark has certain antioxidant and anti-tumor activity.
