采用甲醇法从黄海产海燕各组织中提取了海星总皂甙 ,产品经理化实验 ,溶血实验 ,紫外光谱 ,红外光谱的分析鉴定 ,证明提取物为海星总皂甙。海燕的供试组织内均含有海星总皂甙 ,各组织的溶血性能按以下顺序依次递减 :胃、幽门盲囊、体壁和生殖腺 ,这些组织的海星总皂甙产率分别为 0 .0 61%、0 .0 4 5%、0 .0 2 9%、和 0 .0 0 0 %。且由溶血实验得出不同组织中海星总皂甙的分布及溶血活性大小不同。海燕海星总皂甙的熔点为 2 4 2℃～ 2 55℃。
The total saponin of starfish was extracted from the tissues of Yellow Sea-producing petrels by the methanol method, and the product managerial experiments, hemolysis experiments, UV spectroscopy, and infrared spectroscopic analysis confirmed that the extract was Starfish total saponin. All tested tissues of Haiyan contained total saponins of starfish. The haemolytic performance of each tissue decreased in the following order: gastric, pyloric caeca, lining, and gonads. The total saponin yields of starfish in these tissues were 0. 0 61%, respectively. 0 .0 4 5%, 0. 0 2 9%, and 0. 0 0 0 %. And from the hemolysis experiment, the distribution and hemolytic activity of total saponins of starfish in different tissues were different. The melting point of the total saponin of Haiyan Starfish is 242°C to 255°C.
