用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)和脉冲多普勒超声心动图(PDE)检测13例肾功能正常的高血压合并非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(EHCD)患者双侧肾动脉血流,以探讨EHCD患者肾血流动力学改变。EHCD患者与单纯性原发性高血压(EH)患者相比,肾动脉血流量增多(P<0.001);与单纯性糖尿病(DM)患者相比,肾动脉内径缩小(P<0.001),搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)增高(P<0.01);与对照组相比,肾动脉血流量、PI和RI增高(P<0.05),肾动脉内径缩小(P<0.05)。提示,CDFI和PDE可为E-HCD、EH或DM所致早期肾病,提供一项简易的非创伤性检测方法。
The bilateral renal artery blood flow in 13 patients with normal renal function and non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (EHCD) was detected by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulse Doppler echocardiography (PDE) To investigate the hemodynamic changes in patients with EHCD. Compared with simple essential hypertension (EH) patients, EHCD patients had increased renal artery blood flow (P <0.001). Compared with patients with simple diabetes mellitus (DM), renal artery diameter decreased (P <0. 001), PI and RI (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, renal artery blood flow, PI and RI increased (P <0.05), renal artery diameter decreased (P <0.05). Tip, CDFI and PDE for E-HCD, EH or DM-induced early nephropathy, to provide a simple non-invasive detection methods.
