设备是决定检测实验室检测结果正确性和准确性的重要因素之一,因此,对设备实施有效管理也是检测实验室管理工作的重要部分。《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》对实验室的设备管理提出了严格要求,同时,设备管理也是实验室认可现场评审的审核重点。本文对笔者所在实验室在获得和保持认可能力过程中的设备管理流程和做法进行了介绍和探讨,包括设备采购、验收、校准、建档、使用、维护、维修、期间核查和报废等方面,希望能对民航行业检测实验室做好设备管理工作提供参考。
