采用组织分离法从药用植物白花泡桐叶中分离内生真菌,以动物病源菌多杀性巴氏杆菌C48-3、C51-3和X-73为指示菌种对分离到的7株内生真菌进行了抗菌活性筛选,采用形态特性观察及ITS-rRNA序列分析对具有抗菌活性菌株JSD-8进行鉴定。抑菌试验结果显示,JSD-8菌株对多杀性巴氏杆菌C48-3、C51-3和X-73均具有较强的抗菌活性,其抑菌活性成分值得进一步研究。通过形态特性观察及ITS-rRNA序列分析,将JSD-8鉴定为串珠状赤霉菌。
Endophytic fungi were isolated from the leaves of medicinal plants, Paulownia elongata, by tissue isolation method. Seven strains of endophytic fungi isolated from Pasteurella multocida (C48-3, C51-3 and X-73) The fungi were screened for antibacterial activity. JSD-8 strain with antibacterial activity was identified by morphological characteristics and ITS-rRNA sequence analysis. Bacteriostasis test results showed that JSD-8 strain has strong antibacterial activity against Pasteurella multocida C48-3, C51-3 and X-73, and its antibacterial activity component deserves further study. Through morphological observation and ITS-rRNA sequence analysis, JSD-8 was identified as Beauveria bassiana.
