该文对西方国家基于游客体验IPA模型作了回顾。简述其相关概念、研究者测量时的方法,并对其研究中的不足作了概括。在此基础上简要介绍了与之形成互补的其他一些方法。最后认为可以运用这些方法于国内游客满意度、景区吸引力、地区旅游竞争力评价,并指出在借鉴时应注意的问题。
This paper reviews the western countries based on the IPA model of tourist experience. Briefly describe its related concepts, methods used by researchers to measure and summarize the deficiencies in their research. On this basis, we briefly introduce some other methods that complement each other. Finally, we think that we can use these methods in the domestic tourist satisfaction, scenic attraction, regional tourism competitiveness evaluation, and pointed out that should be noted in the reference problems.
