官职利益化分配倾向在我国发展社会主义市场经济过程中呈越来越严重的趋势 ,已经成为制约我党建设高素质干部队伍的主要因素。本文着重分析了我国官职利益化分配倾向加剧的现实成因 ,并结合我国正在进行的干部人事制度改革 ,对如何解决这一问题提出了一些有参考价值的意见和建议。
The tendency of the distribution of government interests is becoming more and more serious in the process of developing the socialist market economy in our country and it has become the main factor that restricts the building of a contingent of cadres with high quality in our party. This article focuses on the analysis of the actual causes of the tendency of the government interest distribution in our country. In the light of the ongoing reform of the cadre and personnel system in our country, we put forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to solve this problem.
