广东国华台山发电厂3、4号机组锅炉使用了等离子点火装置。等离子点火装置对锅炉摆动及汽温调节有影响;对再热器汽温有影响;对磨煤机有影响;对NOx排放、低负荷稳燃等有影响。等离子点火装置投运需采取如下措施:应确保启动、燃烧过程的安全;应确保燃烧运行过程的安全;应确保燃烧过程中各辅助设备的安全。使用了等离子点火装置后,实现了从机组吹管到168h结束零油耗的目标,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
