第一个报告叙述了螺距误差的起因,着重说明了磨削热引起的工件热变形是精密螺纹磨削中最重要的问题之一,它直接影响到螺距精度。在(a)干磨,(b)用主轴油磨削,(c)用水溶性油磨削等三种情况下研究了一米长的工件的温升、温度分布以及纵向热伸长。试验的主要结果如下: 1.在所有情况下,测得的工件温度分布同根据移动热源的热传导理论的计算结果是一致的。
The first report describes the cause of pitch error and highlights the thermal deformation of the workpiece caused by grinding heat. It is one of the most important problems in precision thread grinding, which directly affects the pitch accuracy. The temperature rise, temperature distribution and longitudinal thermal elongation of a one-meter long workpiece were investigated under three conditions: (a) dry grinding, (b) grinding with spindle oil, and (c) grinding with water-soluble oil. The main results of the test are as follows: 1. In all cases, the measured temperature distribution of the workpiece is consistent with the calculation based on the theory of heat transfer of moving heat sources.
