目的:通过实验,观察青蒿琥酯的抗疟作用,为进一步研究提供药效依据。方法:以伯氏疟原虫小鼠体内实验系统,采用4d抑制实验、杀虫速度实验和治愈实验,对青蒿琥酯进行药效观察,同时与常用疟疾治疗药氯喹作平行对照。结果与结论:青蒿琥酯对鼠疟原虫有较强的抗疟作用,杀虫速度较氯喹快且与氯喹无交叉抗药性,但以等效量比较,青蒿琥酯的治愈作用不如氯喹。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-malarial effect of artesunate through experiments and provide the basis for further study. Methods: Plasmodium berghei mice in vivo experimental system, using 4d inhibition test, insecticide speed test and cure experiment, artesunate efficacy observation, and the commonly used malaria drug chloroquine parallel control. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Artesunate had a stronger anti-malarial effect against Plasmodium falciparum. The insecticidal rate was faster than that of chloroquine and no cross-resistance with chloroquine. However, artesunate did not have the same curative effect as chloroquine .
