通过计算不同条件下激光焊接工艺,解析焊接过程中的物质扩散原理,对比模型预测与实验结果。结果表明,在案例模型中,初始测试过程解析了物质扩散原理,在异种焊接时材料特性也会表现出来,预测显示与实验结果较为吻合。
By calculating the laser welding process under different conditions, the principle of material diffusion in the welding process is analyzed, and the model prediction and experimental results are contrasted. The results show that in the case model, the initial testing process analyzes the principle of material diffusion, and the material properties also show in the dissimilar welding. The prediction is in good agreement with the experimental results.
