文章简介重复的学习能够增强和巩固记忆,并且多次学习时的神经活动模式越相似,记忆效果越好。但仍不清楚对于神经活动模式相似性促进记忆的机制和影响因素。本研究采用无损脑电记录和脑直流电刺激技术,发现神经活动的时空模式相似性越高,后期的记忆表现越好。经过进一步分析发现,与记忆编码相关的神经活动模式相似性不是出现在视觉加工阶段,而是出现在和记忆提取相关的阶段,提示大脑在重复学习时提取并重新激活先前学习的记忆模式,从而增强大脑激活模式的相似性。
Introduction to the article Repeated learning can enhance and consolidate memory, and the more similar patterns of neural activity over multiple studies, the better the memory. However, the mechanisms and influencing factors that promote the memory of neural activity pattern similarity are still unclear. In this study, noninvasive EEG recording and brain DC stimulation techniques were used to find that the higher the temporal-spatial similarity of neural activity, the better the memory performance in the later period. After further analysis, it was found that the similarity of neural activity patterns associated with memory coding does not appear in the visual processing stage, but in stages associated with memory extraction, suggesting that the brain retrieves and reactivates previously learned memory patterns during repetitive learning Enhance the similarity of brain activation patterns.
