我国目前正处于经济高速增长、政府职能迅速转变和社会需要协调发展的历史时期,社会矛盾相对集中,犯罪率升高,刑事案件呈上升趋势。党和政府充分认清当前社会形势,提出了建设和谐社会的目标。因此,检察工作的要求就是将法律效果与政治效果、社会效果有机统一起来,并以“三个效果”的有机统一来推动检察工作的创新和科学发展。三个效果的有机统一反映了检察工作与法律、政治、社会的内在的本质联系。三个效果相互联系、密不可分。

Therefore, the requirement of procuratorial work is to organically unify the legal effects, political effects and social effects, and promote the innovation and scientific development of procuratorial work with the organic unity of “three effects”. The organic unity of the three effects reflects the intrinsic relationship between procuratorial work and law, politics and society. The three effects are interlinked and inseparable.
