目的评价5×104t/a聚氯乙烯糊树脂技改项目职业病危害控制效果。方法采用职业卫生学现场调查、职业卫生现场检测和实验室分析方法,评价该项目职业病危害程度及防护措施的效果。结果职业病危害因素检测结果表明,化学毒物浓度全部符合职业接触限值的要求,粉尘检测结果短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)合格率为87.5%,时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)合格率为100%,本项目电石落尘的游离二氧化硅含量为2.87%,噪声检测结果合格率为73.3%。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施不完善,需加强粉尘和噪声的控制。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the technical project of 5 × 104t / a polyvinyl chloride paste resin. Methods Occupational hygiene field investigation, occupational health field test and laboratory analysis method were used to evaluate the effect of occupational hazards and protective measures in this project. Results The results of occupational hazards test showed that the concentrations of chemical poisons all met the requirements of occupational exposure limits. The qualified rate of CSTEL was 87.5% and the pass rate of time weighted average (CTWA) was 100% The content of free silica in the dust falling from the project is 2.87%, and the pass rate of noise detection is 73.3%. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards adopted in this project are not perfect, and dust and noise control should be strengthened.
