羊肚菌属(Morchella)真菌多数可以食用,是名贵味美的食用真菌,而且有益肠胃,化痰理气的功能。目前羊肚菌还未能商品化生产,采集野生菌是获得的手段,了解它发生地的生态特性,对于采集和驯化都有意义。1987年4月13日,我们在江陵县太湖农场采得三株羊肚菌,经鉴定为粗腿羊肚菌Morchella crassipes(Vent)pers.,现将其形态特征和生态环境报告如下:形态特征(一)子实体:子实体高12~17cm。菌盖近圆锥形高4~7cm(?)直径5~7cm(?)表面形
Most Morchella fungi are edible, valuable and delicious edible fungi, but also beneficial to the stomach, phlegm qi function. At present, Morchella has not yet commercialized production, collection of wild bacteria is the means to obtain understanding of the ecological characteristics of the place where it occurs, for collecting and acclimation are meaningful. On April 13, 1987, we collected three strains of Morchella crassipes (Vent) pers. From the Taihu Lake Farm in Jiangling County, and reported their morphological characteristics and ecological environment as follows: Morphological characteristics (A) fruiting body: fruiting body height 12 ~ 17cm.
