结合莲花隧道进口小净距段的台阶法施工实践,介绍了地表下沉、洞周水平收敛、拱顶下沉、锚杆轴力、围岩压力、二次衬砌混凝土应力等项目的跟踪监测工作,分析和总结了围岩变形特征及其复合式衬砌结构的受力特点,所得结果为复杂工况下小净距隧道支护结构的新奥法施筑与优化提供了科学依据,也为类似隧道工程的施工提供了经验。
