本文利用三倍体无籽西瓜发育各阶段正反交的比较来总结反交败育机制以及反交的利用价值。反交败育主要是由于产生的种子种皮比较厚,不利于萌发;果实较小,含糖量低。从本研究中也可分析得出反交存在一些发育优点,如在合子期间休眠期较短,分裂速率快,因此只要选种合理反交也可培育出三倍体无籽西瓜。
In this paper, the diploid and abortive abortion mechanism and the value of reverse hybridization were summarized by the comparison of reciprocal reciprocal crosses at different stages of triploid seedless watermelon development. Deconversion abortion is mainly due to the seeds of the seed coat is relatively thick, is not conducive to germination; fruit smaller, low sugar content. From this study, it can also be analyzed that there are some developmental advantages of reciprocal hybridization. For example, during the period of zygote, the dormancy period is short and the division rate is fast. Therefore, the triploid seedless watermelon can be cultivated as long as the rational selection of the species is achieved.
