在对爆炸复合过程的传热特点进行分析基础上 ,提出了爆炸复合界面温度场模型 ,并和钛 /钢爆炸复合界面结合层的组织结构之 TEM观察结果进行了比较。结果表明 ,该模型可用以分析和预测爆炸复合界面层的微观组织结构 ;该模型的理论预测和实验结果相吻合。
Based on the analysis of the heat transfer characteristics of the explosive compounding process, the temperature field model of the explosive composite interface was proposed and compared with the TEM observation results of the composite structure of titanium / steel composite interface. The results show that the model can be used to analyze and predict the microstructure of the composite interface layer. The theoretical prediction of the model is in good agreement with the experimental results.
