目的观察三氯苯达唑对斯氏狸殖吸虫作用后体表及超微结构改变。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组15只,分别用斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经腹腔注射感染。于感染后60 d,治疗组粪检阳性鼠分别给予三氯苯达唑治疗,对照组不作治疗。用药后第3 d剖杀两组大鼠,检获虫体,作扫描和透射电镜观察。结果扫描电镜观察治疗组的虫体体表破坏严重,对照组虫体体表结构完整。透射电镜观察治疗组的虫体皮层消失,基质膜受破坏,肌肉层坏死;对照组虫体体壁结构完整。结论三氯苯达唑对斯氏狸殖吸虫体表及超微结构均能造成损伤。
Objective To observe the changes of body surface and ultrastructure of Trichoderma spp. Methods Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 15 rats in each group. The rats were infected with metacercaria of T. reesei by intraperitoneal injection. At 60 days after infection, the mice in the test group were given tbrlbendazole and the control group were not treated. Two groups of rats were killed on the 3rd day after administration, and the parasites were harvested for scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Results Scanning electron microscopy showed that the body surface of the treated group was severely damaged, and the body surface structure of the control group was intact. Transmission electron microscope observation of the treatment group disappeared cadaver skin, stromal membrane destruction, muscular layer necrosis; control group body body wall worm structure integrity. Conclusion Trichlorobenzeazole can damage the body surface and ultrastructure of Bemisia serogroups.
