铸造行业的节能潜力最大的部分是熔化工序。前一段我们对沈阳市28个系统342合三吨以下冲天炉进行调查和测试,认为在冲天炉节约能源上是有不少潜力可挖的,有不少工作可做,现就几个具体问题提出以下意见。一、从风焦平衡观点选择合适的风机目前与冲天炉配套的风机功率普遍偏大,存在“大马拉小车”现象。从风焦平衡的观点,为减少动力消耗,应怎样选择风机。首先,我们应该知道每公斤焦炭充分燃烧需要多少空气量。根据理论计算,每公斤焦炭完全燃烧所需的空气量L_理为: L_理=0.089C+0.033s(米~3/公斤焦炭)式中C——焦炭中固定炭含量(%); S——焦炭中含硫量(%)
