目的 消除水中细菌内毒素、细菌、颗粒、总有机碳及二氧化硅 ,以提高医药用水质量。方法 用双级反渗透复合膜进行反渗透脱盐和消除水中细菌内毒素 ,用连续电渗法去离子以脱盐 ;用双级反渗透加 185nm紫外线照射以降低总有机碳 ,以带正电荷的膜过滤去除细菌 ;用以上方法可去除或降低水中细菌内毒素、细菌、颗粒、总有机碳及SiO2 。并与其他制水方法进行对比。结果 细菌内毒素含量 <0 0 3EU/ml、细菌 0个 /ml、颗粒 0个 /ml(直径 >0 5 μm)、总有机碳 <5 μg/L。 结论 用该系统制备的高纯医药用水的水质 ,经测试全部符合国内外药典规定的医药用水标准。
Objective To eliminate bacterial endotoxins, bacteria, particulates, total organic carbon and silicon dioxide in water to improve the quality of medical water. Methods Reverse osmosis desalination with dual-stage reverse osmosis composite membrane and elimination of bacterial endotoxins in water were carried out by continuous electroosmotic deionization. Two-stage reverse osmosis plus UV 185nm irradiation was used to reduce total organic carbon and positively charged membrane Bacteria can be removed by filtration; bacterial endotoxins, bacteria, particulates, total organic carbon and SiO2 in water can be removed or reduced by the above method. And compared with other water-making methods. Results Bacterial endotoxin content was less than 0 0 3EU / ml, bacteria 0 / ml, particles 0 / ml (diameter> 0 5 μm) and total organic carbon <5 μg / L. Conclusion The water quality of the high purity medical water prepared by this system has all been tested in accordance with the medical water standards stipulated by the Pharmacopoeia at home and abroad.
