碘油(碘化油)由于能选择性地积聚在肝肿瘤区域,所以在肝癌内介入治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了提高核素对碘油的标记率,本工作采用了一种新的萃取式碘油标记方法,在标记稳定核素Y时,选择P204、P507、Cyanex 272、壬酸、环烷酸、油酸和8-羟基喹啉等作为萃取剂,在一定的条件下,P204作为萃取剂时Y的萃取率达到99.9%,P507和Cyanex 272作萃取剂时也有比较高的萃取率,而用其他的萃取剂,萃取率很低。用该法进行90Y标记后,标记率为99.2%,标记物在生理盐水中很稳定,损失率仅为0.01%~0.14%。
Lipiodol (iodized oil) can play an increasingly important role in the interventional treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma because it can selectively accumulate in the liver tumor area. In order to improve the labeling rate of the iodine oil, a new extraction method of iodized oil was adopted in this work.
