目的分析近年来中国(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区)食物中毒事件的发生情况。方法对2004-2007年中国突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统收到的所有食物中毒事件进行分析。结果2004-2007年全国共报告食物中毒事件2287起,中毒66758例,死亡1037例,病死率为1.55%。事件发生时间主要集中在6-10月,其中9月中毒人数最多。致病因素中微生物性食物中毒为652起,植物性544起,动物性为383起,化学性为86起;致死人数较多的因素依次为毒蘑菇(298例)、农药/鼠药(247例)和河豚鱼(35例)。结论中国报告的食物中毒事件中,微生物所导致食物中毒仍是较大的食品安全问题;而蘑菇中毒和农药/鼠药中毒是导致食物中毒事件中的主要死亡原因。
Objective To analyze the incidence of food poisoning in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) in recent years. Methods All food poisoning incidents received by the China public health incident reporting and management information system from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed. Results A total of 2287 food poisoning incidents were reported in China from 2004 to 2007, with 66,758 cases of poisoning and 1037 deaths. The case fatality rate was 1.55%. Incident occurred mainly in June-October, of which the largest number of poisoning in September. Among the pathogenic factors, there were 652 microbial food poisonings, 544 vegetative plants, 383 animals and 86 chemical ones. The factors causing more deaths were poisonous mushrooms (298 cases), pesticides / rats and rats (247 cases) Cases) and puffer fish (35 cases). Conclusions Food poisoning caused by microbes in China is still a major food safety problem reported in China. Mushroom poisoning and pesticide / rat poisoning are the major causes of death from food poisoning.
