党的十七大报告指出,我们党已经成立八十六年,在全国执政五十八年,拥有七千多万党员,党的教育和管理任务比过去任何时候都更为繁重。世情、国情、党情的发展变化,决定了以改革创新精神加强党的建设既十分重要又十分紧迫。深入学习贯彻中国特色社会主义理论体系,着力用马克思主义中国化最新成果武装全党是新时期党的建设的重要任务。9月,中国石油集团公司在延安干部学院举办了中国石油企业高级管理人员培训班,54名企业党政“一把手”参加培训。这次培训主要以加强作风建设为重点进行革命传统与党史教育。培训期间,学员们到凤凰山、杨家岭、王家坪、枣园等革命旧址旧居接受现场体验教学,亲身感受了当年延安革命斗争的艰苦卓绝和惊心动魄,重温了党的优良传统和作风,心灵受到极大震撼。结合中国石油的管理实际和企业精神,撰写了大量体会文章,在此选择部分进行摘登,以飨读者。
