企业营销人员离职并带走客户,对公司伤害巨大,此现象在营销领域非常普遍,但又防不胜防,给企业造成了巨大的困惑。本文分析了客户被带走的原因,并从不同维度探析了可以预防离职人员带走客户,减少企业损失的预防机制。
Business marketers leave and take away customers, huge damage to the company, this phenomenon is very common in the marketing area, but impossible to guard against, causing enormous confusion to the enterprise. This article analyzes the reasons why customers are taken away and explores from different dimensions preventive mechanisms that prevent departing individuals from taking customers and reducing business losses.
