目的:对夏枯草的繁育系统进行初步研究。方法:对夏枯草的开花特性进行观察,测定单花期内夏枯草的花粉活力和柱头可授性,测定夏枯草的花粉-胚珠比和杂交指数,进行套袋实验测定夏枯草结实率并检验种子品质。结果:夏枯草单花花期为1~2 d,主茎花序的花期为7~14 d;夏枯草的花粉胚珠比为1 046±148.26,繁育系统为兼性异交;杂交指数为2,繁育系统为兼性自交;套袋实验结果表明,在没有昆虫传粉的情况下,有较高的结实率,且所结种子有较高的发芽率。结论:夏枯草的繁育系统为自交、异交混合型,自交亲和。
Objective: To study the breeding system of Prunella vulgaris. Methods: The flowering characteristics of Prunella vulgaris were observed, and the pollen viability and stigma receptivity of Prunella vulgaris at single flowering stage were measured. The pollen-ovule ratio and hybridization index of Prunella vulgaris were determined. The seed setting rate of Prunella vulgaris quality. Results: The flowering stage of Prunella vulgaris was 1 ~ 2 d, the flowering of main stem inflorescence was 7 ~ 14 d, and the pollen ovule ratio of Prunella vulgaris was 1 046 ± 148.26. The breeding system was facultative heterosis; the hybridization index was 2, breeding The system is facultative selfing. The bagging experiment results show that in the absence of insect pollination, the seedling has higher seed setting rate and the seed germination rate is higher. Conclusion: The breeding system of Prunella vulgaris is selfing, heterogamous and self-compatible.
