内燃机可靠性和使用效果的提高,可通过提高所有配套零件的平均使用寿命来达到。柴油机的使用寿命要求达到8000~10000小时。 从文献[1]中所进行的研究指出,为了达到这个寿命指标,必须增加上部镀铬气环的耐磨性、抗烧辑性和抗拉毛性。要解决这个问题的方法之一是必须用钼使镀铬层合金化。文献〔2〕指出用钼合金化能改善铬层的物理机械性能,但是目前使用的电解液成分及环表面加工方式不能够保证灰铸铁和高强度铸铁活塞拜的结合强度和镀层工艺。 下面将叙述灰铸铁和高强度铸铁活塞环铬钼合金层的工艺以及研究它们的物理—机械性能和使用性能。
Improvements in the reliability and use of internal combustion engines can be achieved by increasing the average service life of all ancillary components. Diesel life expectancy reached 8000 ~ 10000 hours. The research carried out in the literature [1] pointed out that in order to reach this life index, the wear resistance, the anti-burning property and the anti-galling property of the upper chrome-plated gas ring must be increased. One way to solve this problem is to alloy the chrome layer with molybdenum. The literature [2] pointed out that alloying with molybdenum can improve the physical and mechanical properties of chromium layer, but the current use of electrolyte composition and ring surface processing methods can not guarantee gray cast iron and high strength cast iron piston bonding strength and coating process. Next, the process of gray cast iron and the high-strength cast iron piston ring chromium-molybdenum alloy layer and their physical-mechanical properties and serviceability will be described.
