袋栽香菇接种多采用木屑菌种,而对木钉菌种接种的系统研究报道甚少。为此,我们就木钉菌种的配制方法及接种效应作了试验,筛选出了制种方便、菌丝生长旺盛、接种效应较好的几个组合,接种穴成活率提高到95%以上,生产成率下降10%。现将结果简介如下:材料和方法(一)材料供试菌株为Cr—20,引自福建三明真菌所,按常规法制备原种。木钉粗8~13毫米、长25毫米,一端削尖呈锥形,分别用泡桐、丝栗栲、楮树、小叶栗、枫树等树种制作.木屑为生产用的枫栲树混合用锯屑.
