目的:探讨金胺O荧光染色联合抗酸染色在结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2015年5月本院确诊治疗的结核病患者148例,收集所有病例的痰液制作标本作为阳性对照,收集同期肺部感染、呼吸道感染的非结核病例的52例痰液制作标本作为阴性对照,采用痰涂片抗酸染色法和金胺O荧光染色法检测所有标本中结核杆菌的阳性检出情况,统计分析两种诊断方法对结核病的诊断效果。结果:金胺O荧光染色联合抗酸染色法检测结核杆菌的敏感度为69.59%,特异度为80.77%,准确度为72.50%,单独痰涂片抗酸染色法检测结核杆菌的敏感度为58.11%,特异度为61.54%,准确度为59.00%,前者明显优于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金胺O荧光染色联合抗酸染色可有效提高结核杆菌的阳性检出率,具有较高的敏感度、特异度和准确度,可作为诊断结核病的有效手段。
Objective: To explore the value of fluorescent detection of Auramine O combined with acid-fast staining in the diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 148 cases of tuberculosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2015 was retrospectively analyzed. Sputum samples of all cases were collected as a positive control to collect 52 cases of non-tuberculosis cases of lung infection and respiratory tract infection in the same period Cases of sputum specimens as a negative control, the use of sputum smear acid-fast staining and Auramine O fluorescence staining in all specimens of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were detected, the statistical analysis of two diagnostic methods for diagnosis of tuberculosis. Results: The detection rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis with gold amine O fluorescence staining combined with acid-fast staining was 69.59%, specificity was 80.77%, accuracy was 72.50%. The sensitivity of sputum smear antacids to detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 58.11 %, Specificity was 61.54%, accuracy was 59.00%, the former was better than the latter, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Auramine O fluorescent staining combined with acid-fast staining can effectively increase the positive detection rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, with high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, which can be used as an effective diagnostic tool for tuberculosis.
