基因变异是生物适应生存环境和进化的重要手段。乙型肝炎病毒基因变异改变了其致病性及对组织的亲嗜性 ,导致持续感染、逃避疫苗诱导或自然产生免疫、产生抗药性等 ,给乙肝防治带来了新的问题。乙型肝炎病毒是引起肝细胞癌的主要原因之一。肝细胞癌中的乙型肝炎病毒变异可能在该病的发病机理中起重要作用。
Genetic variation is an important means by which the organism can adapt to the living environment and evolution. Hepatitis B virus genetic mutation has changed its pathogenicity and tissue tropism, resulting in persistent infection, evasion of vaccine-induced or naturally-occurring immunity, resistance and so on, to hepatitis B prevention and control has brought new problems. Hepatitis B virus is one of the main causes of hepatocellular carcinoma. Hepatitis B virus mutations in hepatocellular carcinoma may play an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
