一、企业青工技术素质现状剖析 当前,企业青工技术水平差,企业“技术断层”的问题十分令人忧虑。国家劳动部职业技能开发司李享业司长指出:现在工人的文化素质、身体素质较以前有很大提高,但岗位技术素质、道德和劳动纪律明显下降。据报道,全国有1.2亿职工,初中和初中以下文化程度的约占70%。其中35岁以下的青年职工约8000万,实际水平达到中高级工的仅占20%;初级工占80%,而且大多数初级工实际水平达不到生产岗位要求,在已有的高级职称中,相当一部分属于高级别低技能,名不副实。众所周知,生产力中最活跃的因素是人,如果企业职工素质低,那么产品质量、经济效益必然受到严重影响。 据笔者调查分析,当前企业青工技术素质低的成因,主要是近年来随着经济的逐步发展,人们的价值观念发生变化。“有本事的做官,没本事的摆摊,没出息的上班”。此活虽偏颇,但却反映出一部分职工的心态,也暴露出社会上的某些薄弱
