本文用成年猫8只,向直肠壁浆膜下层和肌层内多点注入10%HRP溶液200微升,研究结果证明①猫直肠初级传入神经来自双侧(?)_1至腰_5和骶_1至尾_1的脊神经节,其高峰节段是腰_2和骶_2节段。②脊神经节内直肠的初级传入神经元胞体多为圆形和椭圆形,少数是梭形和不规则形。③直肠初级传入神经元的中枢突经李氏束深面进入骶髓_(13)节段,围绕后角形成较大的外侧束和较小的内侧束。两束沿后角外侧阳内侧缘行向腹侧,其终末均终止于灰质Ⅱ,Ⅲ层和Ⅴ、Ⅶ层.④直肠副交感节前神经元位于双侧骶_1至尾_1节段的中间带外侧核,并在网状核、侧素、后外侧核、中界核和前角后外侧核也见到标记细胞。
