目的:观察益心饮联合西药治疗冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的76例气虚血瘀型冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机单盲法分为对照组与观察组各38例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用益心饮治疗,观察2组的临床疗效以及治疗后心功能、心肌损伤指标的改善情况。结果:治疗总有效率观察组为94.74%,高于对照组的71.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组心脏射血分数(EF)、心脏指数(CI)、每搏指数(SI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及脑钠肽(BNP)指标水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组SI、CI、EF水平均较治疗前上升,CK-MB、BNP水平均较治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各指标的改善程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均无严重不良反应情况发生。结论:采用益心饮联合西药治疗冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭,可发挥心肌保护作用,改善患者心功能,且安全性高。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yixin Yin combined with western medicine in treating patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure. Methods: 76 patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group (38 cases) by random single-blind method. The control group received conventional western medicine. The observation group The control group was treated with Yixin Decoction, and the clinical curative effect and the improvement of cardiac function and myocardial injury index after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.74%, which was higher than that in the control group (71.05%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Before treatment, the differences of EF, CI, SI, CK-MB and BNP between the two groups were statistically significant No statistical significance (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of SI, CI and EF in two groups increased compared with those before treatment, and the levels of CK-MB and BNP in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The improvement of each index in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). During the treatment, no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Yixin Yin combined with Western medicine in treatment of CHD with chronic heart failure can exert myocardial protection, improve cardiac function and have high safety.
