我区1983年第一批被列为国家水土保持重点治理区永定河上游阳高、天镇、浑源三个县的46条重点小流域,经过所属流域广大干部,群众和全体水保技术人员近十年的集中、连续、全面、综合治理,特别是近一、二年内积极贯彻全国水保工作会议精神,采取了超常措施,大大加快了治理步伐,提高了治理质量,使这些重点小流域全部按期完成了治理任务,取得了良好的治理效果,各项治理成果指标均达到或超过了部颁标准,于1992年10月全部通过了省级验收。目前、累计治理面积达到413.61平方公里,平均治理度为78％,最高流域达到90％以上,最低都在70％以上。通过这次竣工验收,各县都认真总结了十年来重点小流域治理工作的经验与问题,既肯定了成绩,也找到了差距。决心把验收变为动力,使经过竣工验收,的46条重点小流域。继续完善、提高治理标准,特别要加强预防管护工作,巩固和发展治理成果,使小流域治理由治理型向治理开发型发展。
