介绍自旋式卫星同步控制基本原理,阐述现有同步控制过程中天地时延修正方法的缺陷,并提出利用非相干测速进行天地时延修正的新方法。非相干测速利用卫星遥测信息中上行载波的多普勒信息和地面站获取的下行载波多普勒信息计算得到双向多普勒信息,对双向多普勒信息进行计算获得连续的卫星运动的速度信息,对速度信息进行平滑和积分得到距离值,进而对天地时延进行精确的实时修正。
