应用放射免疫的方法,测定了罗氏沼虾在生长过程血淋巴中20-羟基蜕皮酮(20-HE)的变化。A组,饲料中添加蜕皮生长素1.5‰。血淋巴中20-HE含量明显升高。7、10月份的平均含量分别为79.32±5.93ng/ml和14.79±3.59ng/ml。对照组7、10月份的平均含量分别为22.68±7.00ng/ml和5.24±1.34ng/ml。A组与对照组罗氏沼虾20-HE含量的变化具有显著差异(p<0.05)。B组血淋巴中20-HE含量与对照组相比也有升高,7、10月份平均含量分别为43.17±5.34ng/ml和7.72±1.59ng/ml。但差异不显著,无统计意义(p>0.05)。在养殖期间,罗氏沼虾的生长速度与血淋巴中20-HE含量具有相关性。
The changes of 20-hydroxyecdysone (20-HE) in the hemolymph of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were determined by radioimmunoassay. Group A, feed added ecdysone 1.5 ‰. Hemolymph 20-HE content was significantly increased. The average contents in July and October were 79.32 ± 5.93ng / ml and 14.79 ± 3.59ng / ml, respectively. The average content of the control group in July and October was 22.68 ± 7.00 ng / ml and 5.24 ± 1.34 ng / ml, respectively. The changes of 20-HE content in Macrobrachium rosenbergii group A and control group were significantly different (p <0.05). The content of 20-HE in hemolymph of group B also increased compared with the control group, and the average contents in 7 and 10 months were 43.17 ± 5.34ng / ml and 7.72 ± 1.59ng / ml, respectively. But the difference was not significant, no statistical significance (p> 0.05). The growth rate of Macrobrachium rosenbergii was correlated with the content of 20-HE in hemolymph during aquaculture.
