2013年2月22日证监会公布了《关于修改〈开放式证券投资基金销售费用管理规定〉的决定(征求意见稿)》,旨在促进基金管理人自行定价,推进市场化、差异化销售费率机制形成,及引导基金长期投资。基金销售费用的市场化竞争,有利于基金管理人推出功能细化、风格细化的差异化费率产品,促使销售机构提升投资者服务,而且销售费率放开后可能引发产品销售费率定价的价格战,推动价格下降,这些都将惠及基金投资者。
