本文以长湾隧道工程为背景,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对CD法、CRD法和双侧壁导坑法3种工法穿越岩层进行了模拟,得到了3种工法施工过程中围岩位移场、应力场和塑性区规律。结果表明,CRD法对于隧道变形的控制明显好于双侧壁导坑法和CD法,开挖引起的全局最大应力值从大到小排序依次为CD法、双侧壁导坑法、CRD法,双侧壁导坑法引起的塑性区范围最小,CRD法次之,CD法最大。从位移场、应力场和塑性区范围可以看出,CRD法优于双侧壁导坑法优于CD法,故建议本工程中Ⅴ级围岩区选用CRD法,Ⅲ级围岩区选用CD法,Ⅳ级围岩区可以根据现场情况灵活选取3种方法中任意一种方法。
Based on the Changwan tunnel project, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the crossing of rock strata by three methods: CD method, CRD method and double sidewall pilot method. It can be seen from the range of displacement field, stress field and plastic zone that the CRD method is superior to the double-side-wall pilot method over the CD method. Therefore, it is suggested that the CRD method should be used for Grade V surrounding rock areas, Law, Ⅳ grade rock area can be flexibly selected according to the scene of any of three methods.
