本文将进展期、稳定期、消退期银屑病90例和正常人50例作为研究对象。应用我教研室常规ANAE染色法对末梢血淋巴细胞进行染色。算出各例T细胞百分率,T细胞内ANAE颗粒数和颗粒体积的均值。并用作者改订的Tγ、Tnon-γ细胞判定标准分别算出其百分率。结果T细胞数明显下降,并有依消退、稳定和进展期的顺序逐渐下降的倾向。T细胞颗粒体积较对照组明显减少,同时亦显示按消退、稳定和进展期之序逐渐减少。Tnon-γ细胞亦明显减少。作者认为银屑病的T细胞数和颗粒体积的变化可能提示T细胞活性,并且可能做为银屑病的分期、疗效和预后的判定指标,尤其是我们设计的颗粒体积意义可能更大。
This article will progress, stable, extinction of psoriasis in 90 cases and 50 cases of normal subjects as the study. Application of ANAE routine staining of peripheral blood lymphocytes in our laboratory. The percentage of T cells in each case, the mean number of ANAE particles in T cells, and the mean particle volume were calculated. And use the revised Tγ, Tnon-γ cells determine the standard were calculated the percentage. Results The number of T cells was significantly decreased and tended to decline gradually in the order of regression, stability and progression. The volume of T cell particles was significantly reduced compared with the control group, also showed a gradual decrease in the order of regression, stability and progression. Tnon-γ cells also significantly reduced. The author believes that changes in the number of T cells and the particle volume of psoriasis may indicate T cell activity, and may be used as a marker of staging, efficacy and prognosis of psoriasis. In particular, the volume of particles we design may be more meaningful.
