《中共中央关于经济体制改革的决定》指出;社会主义经济“是在公有制基础上的有计划的商品经济”.这一理论命题,突破了原有的传统观念,把社会主义计划经济和商品经济统一起来,科学地概括了社会主义经济的性质和特点,因而发展了马克思主义的政治经济学,并为我国经济体制改革奠定了理论基础.那么,应如何理解计划经济和商品经济的统一性呢?我理解;这里讲的统一性,不是两个对立的斯事物的简单的拼凑,而是社会主义经济这个统一体内部两个不同侧面 The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on the Reform of the Economic Structure” points out that the socialist economy “is a planned commodity economy based on public ownership.” This theoretical proposition has broken through the traditional concepts of the socialist economy and the commodity economy To unify and scientifically sum up the nature and characteristics of the socialist economy, it has developed the political economy of Marxism and laid the theoretical foundation for the reform of China’s economic system .How should we understand the unity of the planned economy and the commodity economy? I understand that the unity here is not a simple patchwork of two opposite things, but two different sides within the unity of the socialist economy
