目的观察原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)和癌旁组织中T淋巴细胞浸润和及其和精氨酸酶-1(Arg-1)之间的关系。方法利用肝癌组织芯片和免疫组化方法,检测原发性肝癌和癌旁组织中CD3、CD4、CD8和Arg-1蛋白的表达。纳入分析的共41例HCC、36例癌旁组织。结果 CD3、CD4、CD8和Arg-1在肝癌组织中的表达明显低于癌旁组织,癌旁组织中CD3的表达和淋巴结转移及血HBsAg阳性相关,未发现Arg-1的表达和T细胞标志物之间有明显的相关性。结论 HCC中T细胞浸润和Arg-1表达减少,癌旁组织中T细胞浸润和Arg-1表达增多可能和肝脏局部炎症反应和抗肿瘤免疫功能下调有关。
Objective To observe the infiltration of T lymphocytes in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and para-cancerous tissues and their relationship with arginase-1 (Arg-1). Methods The expression of CD3, CD4, CD8 and Arg-1 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent non-cancerous tissues was detected by HCC tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. A total of 41 HCCs and 36 paracancerous tissues were included in the analysis. Results The expression of CD3, CD4, CD8 and Arg-1 in HCC tissues was significantly lower than that in paracancer tissues. There was no correlation between the expression of Arg-1 and T cell markers There is a clear correlation between things. Conclusions The decrease of T cell infiltration and Arg-1 expression in HCC and the increase of T cell infiltration and Arg-1 expression in paracancerous tissues may be related to the reduction of local inflammatory reaction and anti-tumor immunity in HCC.
