本文运用《中学生学业压力源量表》对上饶市中学生进行调查与实验研究,通过八周有计划的排球运动对肥胖高中生进行体育干预的相关研究,以分析肥胖中学生与正常体重中学生在学业压力上的差异,探讨有规律、有计划的体育锻炼对学业压力状况改善的影响,为改善肥胖中学生的学业压力提供实践和理论依据。
